Membership Classifications:Builder Member - $515.00 per year based on anniversary date. Please remember to submit a one-time charge of $35.00 (new member fee for processing your application). Shall be open to any person, firm, or corporation that is in the business of building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related to a community or in land development or derives a significant amount of their income from building or remodeling; who resides within the territorial jurisdiction of this Association; subscribes to the Code of Ethics, Purposes and Bylaws of this Association and meets with the approval of the Board of Directors. Associate Member - $515.00 per year based on the anniversary date plus a one-time charge of $35.00 (new member fee for processing your application). Shall be open to any person, firm or corporation engaged in a trade, industry or profession related to building and not inconsistent with the objectives of this Association; who resides within the territorial jurisdiction of this Association; subscribes to the Code of Ethics, Purposes and Bylaws of this Association, and meets with the approval of the Board of Directors. Affiliate Member - $55.00 per year based on the anniversary. For employees of current Builder or Associate Members for the sole purpose of receiving local and national mailings. These members will be listed in the HBA’s annual membership directory and receive the monthly Blueprint. Remodeler Member – $70.00 per year based on the anniversary. If you are a remodeling contractor or profession related to the remodeling industry and want to be on the Remodelor’s Council join in this classification and add $70.00 for Remodelor’s Council.
