This two-story is located in a quiet neighborhood of WDM. Instead of building new, this family of five decided to stay and have Grand Homes & Renovations redesign a house to fit their growing needs. This remodel started with adding a laundry room, mudroom, pantry and new kitchen.
As the project evolved, the homeowners decided to add a dining room with a full view of the back yard, new decks, a basement addition and master closet addition. The homeowners also took advantage of the remodel to make improvements to the efficiency of their home. This is a whole house remodel, but only the main floor renovations will be on tour.
