The home, built in 1925, was completely remodeled on the main and upper levels. Walls were removed on the main level and beams hidden to enlarge the kitchen. The dining area was moved to an existing adjacent remodeled sunroom space. A small family room was enlarged by converting a former attached single car garage to family media space. Finally, the laundry was brought from a dark, isolated basement space up to the main level just off the kitchen.
Beautiful French Country cabinetry with large granite surfaces and commercial stainless steel appliances make the kitchen sparkle. Painted woodwork, built-ins and refinished oak hardwood floors unite to tie together the family room, laundry, kitchen and dining areas.
