Al Brezina established Brezina Homes, Inc. more than 30 years ago and has been building high quality homes in central Iowa since. After raising a family in the Tama-Toledo area, Al and his wife, Monica, relocated their business to Ankeny in 2002. Their youngest son, Tony, joined the business in 2007.
Over the years, Al has personally performed every aspect of the construction process; from plan drawings, foundations, framing and electrical to plumbing, drywall, painting and trim work. Because of his broad, hands-on experience, Al is able to bring a deep understanding of what should be done at each step and his high standards of workmanship can be seen throughout his homes. Choosing to build a small number of single-family homes a year, Al is able to be involved onsite on a daily basis. He uses many green practices and products, as well as high quality subcontractors and materials.
