Presentations for the 2014 Home Show Expo will be held at the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines on Monday, May 13th from 1:00pm – 5:00pm.
The following Developers are submitting proposals to host the 2014 Home Show Expo and are scheduled as follows:

1:00pm – 1:45pm: OPEN/TBD
2:00pm – 2:45pm: Knapp Properties
3:00pm – 3:45pm: VISTA REI
4:00pm – 4:45pm: Mandelbaum/Wells

All HBA Members are invited to participate, but RSVP's are required by Friday, May 10, due to limited space Please email nicolew@desmoineshomebuilders.com.

Use New Housing Now TV to Share Important Housing News

NAHB has just launched Housing Now TV, a web-based video news series that will air on nahb.org every other week to help HBAs, members and the public stay current on important and timely news in the housing industry. Housing Now focuses on three topics: business and economics; legislative and regulatory issues; and housing trends. It features government and housing experts to give you information that is critical to the home building industry.

HBAs are encouraged to use Housing Now as a tool to provide important information to your members, and to reinforce to them the many benefits they receive as NAHB members. This is an opportunity to provide quality housing news video updates to your members without taking on the cost or logistics of producing videos every two weeks yourself! On the Housing Now page there is a link-accessible to members only-to a page that provides code that enables you to embed the episodes on your HBA website.
